The rules, plainly.
Every test on the published Unlimited menu — the standard full panel (70+ markers) — for one named member. ID is checked at collection; the card is not transferable and not shared with family. Tests outside the menu are billed at the normal rate list.
The same test at most once every 7 days, and the full panel at most once every 30 days. A doctor's prescription can override either — the team approves it.
Home collection — charged per visit, as per your area. And any test outside the Unlimited menu, at the normal rate list. Every covered test includes the Smart Report and a fresh care + diet plan at no extra charge.
The card runs 12 months from activation, with priority morning slots subject to availability. Full refund within 7 days if no test has been used; after the first test, no refund. The lab may cancel for card-sharing or misuse, refunding unused full months pro-rata.
